Germany Plastics Industry Exhibition Fakuma is one of the world's well-known exhibitions for the plastics processing industry, first held in 1981, after 32 years of development, has grown into a well-known professional exhibition in the industry. The exhibition covers raw materials for plastic processing to production machinery, and well-known companies in the industry have chosen to release the latest technologies and products at the exhibition, and it has also become a platform for exhibitors to exchange and learn from international leading technologies. Friedrichshafen, where the exhibition takes place, is close to the borders of Germany with Switzerland and Austria, is the second largest city on the shores of Lake Constance and the economic center of Lake Constance, where many large Germany industrial companies such as MTU Friedrichshafen and ZF are located.

In January 2022, our company applied to the organizer to participate in this exhibition, but got the notice that there was no vacancy and needed to wait in line, at the beginning of 2023, our company was fortunate to be notified by the organizer that there was a vacant booth, and we were lucky to participate. The five-day exhibition has gained a lot, that is, there are old customers who are enthusiastic to patronize, and there are many new customers who stop to watch and negotiate, whether it is from the number of visitors and professionalism, or the scale of exhibitors, as well as the warm service of the organizers, all reflect the popularity of Fakuma exhibition and the recognition of the industry.

From the conversations with many customers, we have also gathered some feedback and guidance from the market. Since the summer holiday in 2023, the demand in the European market has declined, and the price competition has become more intense, which requires our company to prepare in advance, maintain close communication with customers, understand the market dynamics, and at the same time further understand the standard system of European products, and at the same time be more familiar with each other, find ways to reduce product prices and improve product competitiveness.
